Vente d’Apollo Bramwell : LENMED Health Africa est le nouvel acquéreur

19 millions de dollars. C’est la somme que Lenmed a proposée à la NIC Healthcare Ltd pour l’acquisition d’Apollo Bramwell. Le groupe a également proposé 1,4 million de dollars comme location annuelle du bâtiment abritant l’hôpital. Selon un communiqué émis hier par NIC Healthcare Ltd, le nouvel acquéreur donne la garantie que tous les employés conserveront leurs postes. Les représentants de Lenmed sont attendus à Maurice cette semaine prochaine pour finaliser la transaction.

The Board of the NIC Healthcare Ltd has chosen LENMED Health Africa (Proprietary) Limited (LENMED) as its preferred bidder for taking over the business of Apollo Bramwell Hospital.
2. In its offer, LENMED has proposed an amount of USD 19 million for the acquisition of the hospital business and an annual amount of USD 1.4 million for renting the hospital building. On acquisition, LENMED will retain all hospital staff.
3. LENMED is an established South African hospital group with a 30-year track record providing private patient healthcare in Africa. LENMED manages 11 hospitals across Africa with a total bed capacity of 1,695 beds.
4. Representatives of LENMED are expected in Mauritius early next week to conclude the deal.
