Accusé d’avoir proféré des paroles abusives à l’encontre de sa voisine…
Nouroullah Mahamoodally est reconnu coupable
La magistrate Bibi Azna Bholah, siégeant en Cour de district de Port Louis, a prononcé un verdict de culpabilité à l’encontre de Nouroullah Mahamoodally, qui répondait d’une accusation d’avoir proféré des paroles abusives à l’endroit de sa voisine, Bibi Nilufer Aumeeruddy. L’incident a eu lieu, le 18 mai 2019, à l’avenue Dodo No.2, Morcellementt Raffray, Pailles.
Par contre, la magistrate a blanchi l’accusé sous trois autres charges, à savoir (1) wilfully and unlawfully caused damage to the goods and chattels belonging to the complainant, namely the plastic pipe of a septic tank, (2) wilfully and fraudulently abstracted certain articles not belonging to himself, namely a certain quantity of fittings for plastic pipes belonging to the complainant, et (3) unlawfully and without sufficient excuse or justification been found to have in his possession a certain quantity of fittings for plastic pipes which had been carried off by means of a misdemeanor, notably larceny, to the prejudice of the complainant.
