Reprise des terrains loués à bail à Saihotel Ltd et Nath & Nath Co. Ltd… Demande d’autorisation pour une révision judiciaire rejetée

Il n’y aura pas de révision judiciaire de la décision du ministère du Logement et des Terres de reprendre les deux terrains sis à Balaclava et loués à bail à Saihotel Ltd et Nath & Nath Co. Ltd. En effet, les juges Asraf Caunhye et Véronique Kwok Yin Siong Yen ont rejeté la demande d’autorisation des deux companies du fait que “there is no public law element present in the application which would entitle the applicants to law remedy”. Notons que Saihotel Ltd et Nath & Nath Co. Ltd devaient se lancer dans la réalisation conjointe d’un projet d’hôtel. Le ministère leur avait accordé un délai pour démarrer ce projet, mais ce délai n’ayant pas été respecté, les terrains ont été repris.
