Avec ces remarques, la magistrate A. Hamuth à prononcé un verdict de culpabilité à l’encontre de Siamal Jadoo, un enseignant, qui répondait d’une accusation d’homicide involontaire par imprudence. L’accident eut lieu dans la matinée du 12 août 2016 à Poudre d’Or Hamlet. La victime était un jeune policier et il était a motocyclette. Lorsque la voiture de Siamal Jadoo a débouché, le policier n’a pu éviter la collision. Il est décédé des suites des blessures reçues.
