Accident mortel a Poudre d’Or Hamlet



Siamal Jadoo reconnu coupable d’homicide involontaire par imprudence. 


« the accused has departed from the standard of a prudent, competent, and reasonable driver given that he did not do everything that prudence required of him before coming out of a side road. He had demonstrated a high degree of circumspection I really came out extremely is lonely and extremely carefully, he ought To have noticed the presence of motorcycle and/or would never have emerged into its path and obstructed it’s free passage to the extent and in the manner he did. (c) Speeding on the part of the victim and/or his inexperience have not been established. Any fault which could have been imputed to the deceased for having failed to wear a helmet and or worn properly  is not so gross as to absolve the accused of all responsibility». Avec ces remarques, la magistrate A. Hamuth à prononcé un verdict de culpabilité à l’encontre de Siamal Jadoo, un enseignant, qui répondait d’une accusation d’homicide involontaire par imprudence. L’accident eut lieu dans la matinée du 12 août 2016 à Poudre d’Or Hamlet. La victime était un jeune policier et il était a motocyclette. Lorsque la voiture de Siamal Jadoo a débouché, le policier n’a pu éviter la collision. Il est décédé des suites des blessures reçues.
