L’absence d’un Customer Relationship Manager à la Bank of China (Mauritius) Ltd décrié



Après des lettres anonymes envoyées au ministère du Travail et à l’Econonomic Development Board contre la Bank of China (Mauritius) Ltd, c’est au tour de la Banque de Maurice de recevoir une lettre de dénonciation. Cette fois-ci on reproche à la banque de n’avoir pas de Customer Relationship Manager. Selon cette lettre la personne qui occupait ce poste est rentrée définitivement en Chine et que le CEO de la banque ne veut pas la remplacer. “Bank of China (Mauritius) Ltd has not had a Customer Relationship Manager for a Chinese-funded enterprise until now and has not promised when it will resume the Customer Relationship Manager position. Bank of China (Mauritius) Ltd has seriously affected the normal operation of the company and brought great impact to the company. Bad reputation of this bank is causing severe economic losses. We believe that the Bank of Mauritius should investigate in the matter”, peut-on y lire dans la lettre.
