How to obtain an updated International Vaccination Card?
The Ministry of Health and Wellness wishes to inform all members of the public who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 doses) and willing to travel abroad that applications for an updated International Vaccination Card, including COVID-19 vaccination, are processed by the International Vaccination Centre, 1st Floor, Mutual Aid Building, Port Louis.
Members of the public should call at the above mentioned office between 09 00 hours and 15 00 hours on week days and between 09 00 hours and 11 00 hours on Saturdays. Applicants shall submit the following documents for their applications:
∙ A photocopy of their National Identity Card
∙ A photocopy of their Vaccination Card
∙ A photocopy of their travel reservation ticket
Applicants will be called back to collect their updated International Vaccination Card once verification process is completed within two (2) working days.
