Licenciée après 15 ans au FARC…sa demande de révision judiciaire est rejetée…
Après 15 ans passés, au Food and Agricultural Research Council, Mme Beebee Bilkiss Banon El Koraisha Jeetun-Abdoolah a été mise à la retraite pour des raisons médicales. Suite à cette decision, elle a demandé une révision judiciaire.
Mais son application a été rejetée par la Senior Puisne Judge Nirmala Devat et le juge Benjamin Marie Joseph, qui ont trouvé que « the decision-making process and decision of the respondent cannot be said to be irrational, procedurally improper, unreasonable in the Wednesbury sens, contrary to the legitimate expectation of the applicant and/or contrary requirements of procedural fairness and the rules of natural justice”.
