The Joys of Being Organised
If you want to be successful and reach your goals then, this article may help you get closer.
Here’s why…
Do you know that being organised can help you reach your goals faster and easier?
Organising your daily schedule, tasks, and responsibilities allows you to focus on the things that need to get done rather than being distracted by the unimportant things around you.
But on top of that, do you know that organisation can affect your mental health?
It’s proven that by being organised, your anxiety and stress levels go down.
That’s why successful people value organisations and…
… it’s the biggest reason why they’re productive and successful.
While most people may have 2 productive hours out of the 8 hours they’re working in a day…
… successful people have 6 productive hours out of 8 hours.
But, the bigger question is, what’s the best way to introduce organisation in your workplace?
Well, there are many ways, but the best one I’ve triedand it works is to plan your day.
Or in other words, have a planner cum diary /note book.
Since I started many years ago using a planner/ diary/ note book, I don’t feel as overwhelmed as I did before, and…
… on top of all that, I have scheduled my workload more effectively, and I’m way more productive than I was without a planner/ diary/ note book.
That’s what worked for me and…
… this is why I recommend it to you.
You can use any planner/ diary/ note book you want, even if you want, you can plan your day in a rational way.
There’s no right or wrong way to do this.
Just start planning and see how it goes for you.
I conclude with a quote from Franz Kafka:
‘ One advantage in keeping a diary is that you become aware
with reassuring clarity of the changes which you constantly suffer’.
