Play on Line Ltd v/s Bet on Line Ltd La “Statutory Demand” de Rs 30 millions “set aside”
La Cour des Faillites, présidée par la juge Jane Lau Yuk Poon, a accédé à la demande de Play on Line Ltd pour que la “Statutory Demand” de Rs 30 millions, servie par Bet on Line Ltd, soit “set aside”. Servie le 30 novembre 2015, cette somme représentait “unpaid balance of declared dividends for the periods 2008 to 2014 together with 10% attorney commission amounting to 3 million rupees and 15% of VAT on such attorney commission amounting to Rs450,000”. La juge estime qu’il y a un “substantial dispute” quant à la dette.
