Publication d’enregistrements vocaux sur les réseaux sociaux : exploiter, modifier, publier ou partager ces contenus constitue un délit…
La police informe que des experts en informatique sont en train d’analyser le contenu des enregistrements sonores postés récemment sur les plateformes numériques en vue de déterminer s’ils sont authentiques ou ont été fabriqués et modifiés à l’aide d’intelligence artificielle. La police rappelle qu’il est interdit, de par la loi, de mettre un téléphone sur écoute, de modifier, de publier et de partager le contenu. Il est tout aussi interdit de poster, de transmettre, de transférer, de montrer et de communiquer des contenus illégaux. La police met à la disposition du public, deux numéros de téléphone, le 5976 5318 et le 5259 5083 pour rapporter ces délits.

The Police reminds the public that an enquiry has been initiated following the publication of voice recordings on social media.
The Police draws the attention of the public on the fact that it is an offence to tap, modify, publish or share such content. IT experts are currently working on authenticating the content published and is bound on determining whether these tapped records are genuine or whether fabricated, altered or modified using Artificial Intelligence.
The Police also draws the attention of the public that it is an offence to send, transmit, transfer, post, publish, deliver, show or otherwise communicate such illegal content.
The public is invited to report any such offences to the Police on the following phone numbers: +230 5976 53 18/+230 52595083.
The Police reminds that any person who commits an offence under the Information and Communication Technologies Act shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 1,000,000 rupees and to a penal servitude for a term not exceeding 10 years.
